All of our new homes are backed by a one-year manufacturer warranty.
Most manufacturers have their own service technicians to take care of service issues. In addition Ralph's Home Sales has a full time service department ably headed by JoAnn Prescott. Her four technicians average 10 years each experience with Ralph's Homes as well as many years of other home construction experience.
Our technicians are knowledgeable in most areas of home repair, are courteous and caring and work hard to solve any problems you may have.
